Case Study: Aer Lingus

Aer Lingus has been through many changes over the past 15 years in terms of its business model – the shift towards online sales, increased competition both home and abroad, re-evaluation of brand positioning and a takeover by IAG in 2015.

As part of the Aer Lingus Digital Experience Team I work closely with User Experience, Data Analytics and Development teams, combining user feedback, data and business requirements to conceive and create workable user flows.
